Bringing 23 years of mortgage experience and over $300 million in originated loan volume, I specialize in high balance conforming and jumbo loans. I am licensed in Colorado, but assist clients nationwide with DSCR and other non-qualified mortgage products that prioritize property cash flow over traditional income documentation. Whether you’re scaling a portfolio or financing your next investment property, I deliver straightforward guidance and reliable execution.

Brody Sipos — LO

I’m Brody I’m a Loan Officer based in Chattanooga but serve all of Tennessee and Georgia. Whether you’re a first time home buyer, an investor, or looking to refinance we can help. We offer conventional, non conventional, FHA, DSCR, VA, USDA, Jumbo, HELOCs and refinancing. Before working in mortgages I was an electrical lineman working long hours in dangerous conditions and I try to bring that same work ethic into mortgages. If I’m not in the office I’m probably out golfing or rock climbing.
